ShareKeeper — Track what you lend and borrow
Books, movies, tools or a mixer — ShareKeeper neatly tracks who has what, with reminders and contact linking. Thanks to iCloud, you can also update registrations on your iPad.

Data processing
ShareKeeper stores your data locally on the device and can optionally sync via iCloud (if enabled). No personal data is sent to our servers.
What data
- Library items, loans and notes
- Linked contact names and details (if you select them)
- App settings (such as notifications)
Permissions
To link contacts, the app requests access to your contacts. You can manage this in Settings → Privacy.
Retention & deletion
You manage and delete data yourself in the app. Removing the app deletes local data. iCloud data can be managed via Settings → iCloud → iCloud Storage.

Scope
These Terms of Use govern your use of the ShareKeeper app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions & Billing
- ShareKeeper Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed via your Apple ID.
- Prices may vary by region and are displayed in local currency by Apple.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Usage
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (items, contacts, notes).
- Do not misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Privacy
See our Privacy section. Data stays on your device and may sync via iCloud if enabled. No data is sent to our servers.
Liability
The app is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

FAQ
How do I create a backup?
Open Settings in the app → Backup. Export to iCloud Drive and import later when needed.
Does ShareKeeper work offline?
Yes. Everything is stored locally; iCloud sync is optional.
How do I link contacts?
When creating a loan, pick a contact. The app will request access to your contacts.
Can I see who borrowed what in the past?
Yes, you can always review ongoing and completed loans.
I have many books — can I register them with ISBN?
Coming soon! We’re working on modules for books, movies, music and tools with extra fields like ISBN or an IMDb link.
Does ShareKeeper work on iPad?
Yes. With iCloud, you can update and sync registrations between iPhone and iPad.
